How to cleanse with our Where It All Begins white + Sage + Palo Stick set
Both white sage and Palo Stick will help you effectively cleanse yourself and your space of foreign and dark energies. Light the selected incense according to the instructions found in the product description above, place it on the stand and if you want, say or think the following sentence:

Do this about 5 times a day, and make cleansing before going to bed and after waking up a priority.
