Shipping policy in Poland and EU

European and Poland deliveries are operated via InPost - courier and parcel lockers. The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen form of delivery and the country you are ordering to. We make every effort to ship orders within 48 working hours. In the case of a large number of orders, shipping may take longer for us, for which we sincerely apologize.

For delivery in EU (except Cyprus, Malta and Greece) you should expect up to seven working days from the moment of receipt of the parcel from our company by the courier. If you wait longer, please contact our customer service at hello@highlightshop.pl

Payments

All payments in our shop are processed via trusted online payment providers Blue Media S.A.,mBank S.A oraz PayU S.A. Our online payment partners provide the following payment options:

For all card payments the order is automatically confirmed as soon as the transaction has been authorized. For bank transfer payments, the order is confirmed when the transfer is complete. Any refunds will be made to the original payment method – we will return the amount requested to your bank account if you have paid by transfer, or make a refund to your payment card if you have paid by card.

Customers are exempt from any transaction fees associated with the purchase, other than product & delivery costs.  Refunds will be processed to the bank account indicated in the Returns Form. For more information, check the “Returns” section on our website.
