Ceramic tray – Night Light Blue

Natural incense – White Sage

Natural incense – white sage in the lollipop shape. White sage is a plant native to the southwestern United States, originally grown by Native Americans. Its intense, slightly spicy, woody and herbal aroma may help you to calm down. White Sage has antibacterial properties, therefore it is a highly cleansing herb.
Burn it when you need to clear your thoughts before meditating or when you are in need of deep relaxation. Use it to cleanse yourself and the space from any dark energies. Use Sage several times a day for your energy hygiene practice and observe the changes in your well-being.

How to light White Sage? 

• Take a wand of white sage and light it at its top. Wait for a small flame.
• Then put it out by carefully blowing on it. The incense should begin to smoke intensely.
• Now, when the incense is gently smoldering, you can put it on a ceramic tray or smudge yourself, your apartment or other chosen spaces.
• Remember about the safety rules. Place the product on a stable and heat-resistant surface. Do not leave burning incense unattended.
• Put out the incense when you need to and light it again at any time.

Natural incense – Palo Stick

Palo Sticks is a natural incense that comes from the Bursera Graveolens (Palo Santo) trees growing in South and Central America.

Its woody, sweet scent with hints of citrus, mint and pine has relaxing and calming properties. Burn them when you need a moment of relaxation or when you want to start meditation. Palo Sticks is also used to cleanse both – Yourself and Your Space from any dark energies. Light Palo Sticks several times a day for your energy hygiene practice and observe the changes in your well-being.

How to light Palo Stick? 

• Take a single Palo Stick in your hand and light one of its ends at a 45-degree angle.
• Wait until a small flame starts burning.
• Then put it out by blowing at it carefully. The incense should begin to smoke intensely.
• Now, when the incense is gently smoldering, you can put it on a ceramic tray or smudge yourself, your apartment or other chosen spaces.
• Remember about the safety rules. Place the product on a stable and heat-resistant surface. Do not leave burning incense unattended.
• Put out the incense when you need to and light it again at any time.

How to cleanse yourself with our kit?

Both white sage and Palo Stick will help you effectively cleanse yourself and your space from foreign and dark energies. Burn one of incense as described above and if you want to, say or think the following sentence:

I activate the Power of Light within me, connect my Soul with my Physicality, I erase and clean Myself and my Space from any dark and foreign energies that do not flow from the Life Source of the Human Soul. 

Do this about 5 times a day, and treat cleansing before bedtime and after waking up as the most important. If you follow the regular energy hygiene regimen, you will surely notice great changes in your life. If you want, this method can be used to clean any space, thing or person – just recall it in your mind. When cleaning other people, remember to leave them free will while you act.
